Study On The Relationship Between Second And Tertiary Industrial Structure And Urbanization About Anhui Province

As the core strength of China's economic development,cities and towns are the distributing center of all kinds of resources and elements.In addition,urbanization is way to modernize our country,and promote industrial structure,especially for the second and tertiary industry.The rapid pace of urbanization absorbed a large number of rural labor force over the years.Therefore,the leading industry is transformed from agriculture to non agriculture,and the industrial structure is moving towards a more reasonable and higher level now.At the same time,the development of the industry,especially the second and tertiary industry,has great impact on urbanization.China continue to adjust industrial structure at present,the surplus labor force of the agriculture continue to enter the second and tertiary industry,which will also promote the urbanization to a higher level.In some provinces of our country,the relationship between second or tertiary industry and urbanization isn't harmonious.For example,Anhui Province,the output of the second industry contribution rate is greater than the tertiary industry,but the attraction of employment is not so obvious as the tertiary industry.it slows down the speed of urbanization development,the urbanization rate did not exceed 50% below national average about Anhui Province,which is obviously not in line with the central famous province.In view of the relationship between them and problems between them,we will analysis the second or tertiary industrial structure and urbanization development in Anhui province since 1978,and study how to promote them better.The research about Anhui province's industry and urbanization has a certain reference value for developing province's industry and urbanization in the middle of China.In this paper,the relationship between the structure of second and tertiary industry and urbanization in Anhui province is investigated by using the knowledge of industrial economics,statistics and econometrics.Firstly,it describes the process of the second and tertiary industry and urbanization in Anhui Province,and then find out the characteristics of the industry and urbanization in Anhui province in comparing with the neighboring provinces.Then,it elaborates the interactive mechanism of second and tertiary industry and urbanization in Anhui Province,and analyzes the relationship between the them by using the structural deviation coefficient,and then explores the reasons.At last,it use the co integration theory and ADL model and ECM model to study the relationship between them.On the basis of empirical analysis,second and tertiary industry has a positive impact on the development of urbanization,the role of the second industry is greater than the tertiary industry,and industrial deviation could bring side effect to the urbanization.And it find that the second and tertiary industry and urbanization are not each other's Grainger reasons in the strict sense by using Grainger causality test.Therefore,it puts forward some suggestions of the development of the second and tertiary industry,and it puts forward some suggestions on the development of urbanization.It includes that light industry and heavy industry should be developed at the same time for the second industry,and need to upgrade for the tertiary industry,and enhance the attractiveness of the city and improve the welfare of the population for urbanization.
