Along with the innovation of the computer technology and popularity of the e-commerce,the third party payment is a combination stimulated by the progress of science technology and commerce and has presented a trend of rapid development.But since e-commerce started late,and the third party payment is a new things in China,it's inevitable that it contains many problems.The subject of this paper is the third party payment platforms,combined with risk management theory,this paper focuses on credit risks control and management of the third party payment platforms.For start,this paper demonstrates general theory of credit risks control and management,and then summarizes the traits and environment in this industry.Based on those traits,come up with a third party platforms,credit risks control and management framework.This framework divides credit risks management into two parts,external and internal management.And the external management is mainly about government and laws,so we focus on the internal management,more of a enterprises matter,and can be followed in this following order,establish inside control environment,set a goal of controlling credit risks,access credit risk,choose appropriate methods to control and manage credit risks,control and manage credit risks,communicate information and feed backs.Finally using this framework to analyze Alipay the most successful platform in this industry.And use SWOT model to access the credit risks management of Alipay.In the end,this paper provides some suggestions to deal with credit risks mentioned before,to regulate this industry,and help it to develop in a healthy and fast way. |
