Xinjiang is the largest production base of commodity cotton,or about one third of the country's resources,China's development of the textile industry earlier,but so far,the textile industry has not become a pillar industry of our country.Xinjiang cotton to the resource advantages into real industrial advantages and economic advantages,to achieve this goal,both domestic and foreign markets as the focus,to develop a scientific and rational marketing strategy,to shape their own well-known brands,more in need of strengthening the management of production cost and the raw material,on the basis of regional advantage,access to cost management advantages,continuous mining profit space.In this paper,the textile industry production cost management as the theme,in summing up the relevant scholars about the cost of production management,on the basis of research results,with H textile company for field investigation and study object,find out the problems existing in the cost management of the production and the crux,and finally,to strengthen the standardization of the production cost management has the value conclusion,for the production cost of H textile company and similar enterprises management to provide the reference.Through the study found that H textile company production cost management problems that exist in the main performance is: on the raw material cost,buy cotton level quality exists chaos phenomenon,the cotton quality is difficult to guarantee;In terms of labor costs,labor employment skills improved to a great extent,restricts the development of enterprise,to large-scale professional skill training;In terms of transportation cost,there are deep inland,traffic inconvenience,the relatively high cost of transportation;In the aspect of form a complete set of industrial chain,is link imperfect,low product added value;In addition,H textile company staff turnover is on the high side,these are influenced H the production cost of textile enterprises.According to the above problem,through the corresponding measures: optimizing the H textile company organizational structure,reduce losses;To increase the number of labor force,improve the quality of the labor force;Construction of joint logistics,solve the problem of capacity and transportation costs;Extended H textile company textile industry chain,etc.,to solve the H textile company in the production cost management faces many problems.H textile company,the author of this paper production problems existing in the cost management and puts forward the related countermeasure and the suggestion,for China's textile industry are common,therefore,to strengthen China's textile industry production cost management level,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises more reference.
