Research On Monetary Fund Interior Control In P Group's T Coal Preparation Plant

Embodies the trade agreement between the two sides,currency capital reflects the liquidity.Monetary funds as the company's assets for companies not only have the importance of liquidity,and high risk factors.No matter what size,what the nature of the company,its operations are inseparable from the auxiliary monetary funds,also because of the particularity of the monetary funds,practice favoritism,embezzlement and other problems occur frequently.In order to ensure that the company's normal operation,the enterprise managers is necessary to strengthen the accounting work,make them give full play to the role of capital management and control.At present,China's coal industry overcapacity,the cost is too high,the monetary funds usage,high frequency,and foreign market competition is intense,in this context,monetary funds management and control of it becomes very important,especially some state-owned enterprises,it is imperative to strengthen internal control.Coal is China's traditional industries,the vitality of the industry weakened year by year,in the enterprise management system,financial management work is the most crucial,the control of monetary fund is one of the most important part,so the development of coal industry is closely related to the capital control and financial management.This paper mainly studied with the method of comparison and empirical analysis,T present monetary fund management of coal preparation plant are analyzed and the problems in the face of risk,combining with the characteristics of coal processing enterprise capital management,system this paper discussed the importance of monetary funds for enterprise management,and the main way to strengthen capital controls.First of all,from the aspects of historical background,research purpose and meaning of multiple illustrates the importance of strengthening the internal control,and lists the existing theoretical results verified;Secondly,starting from the basic situation of coal preparation plant,analyses the plant in the deficiency of capital control,and from strengthening the management of funds internal control risk value,clear post division of labor,improve the system of examining and approving,and budget control,perfect the internal control supervision system five aspects put forward Suggestions;Finally,with reference to the domestic related reform experience,summed up in this paper,the research conclusion,and in this paper,we study the deficiencies and the follow-up research direction,the conclusion is: the company should improve the internal control environment,strengthen the management of the capital control point,perfect the internal supervision mechanism aspects of strengthening internal control system.And put forward to ensure the enterprise internal control of monetary fund system is able to run the reasonable suggestion,should pay more attention to financial person for the professional ethics and professional skill learning,strengthen the supervision and management,strengthening the management of monetary funds internal control risk values of funds.
