Wuan Coal Power Plant Preparation Progress Of The Project Management

Project Management is a planning and management method which was developed in the 1950's. During and after World War II, project management was growing rapidly and improving constantly, as a special method of management multidisciplinary cooperation activities.At present, the power plants preparation projects are large and long period. During the process of the construction, the projects are apt to be interfered with various factors. That will lead to reduce the resources utilization and make the construction time longer. In the paper, the influence factors about the schedule and quality control and improvement measures are analyzed. And the project schedule management system is established. These are based on the actual construction project of Wuan power plant, using modern management software and the network plan, with the progress of domestic plants preparation projects for the reference.
