Analysis In The Integration Of Producer Service Industry And Equipment Manufacturing Industry Of Guangdong Province

Equipment manufacturing industry is the strategic industry to provide technology and equipment for various sectors of the national economy.It's the basic industry for industrial development,especially for secondary industry.As a province strong in manufacture in China,Guangdong province owns its stable status in equipment manufacturing industry.However,behind the idea of expanding scale,its development has long been locked in the low end of the global value chain due to the lack of scientific and technological level and innovation ability,which result in lower international competitiveness for a long time.Since China's entry into the era of service economy,governments at all levels pay more and more attention to the importance of producer services industry,which began becomes a production factor have a significant impact on the economy,change the subordination and the supporting role to the dominant,controlling role.These two industries formed a good complementary,the integration of producer services industries and equipment manufacturing industry is an effective way to promote the two strategic industries upgrade.Under this context,this article analyzes the inevitability,status and mode of the integration between these two industries in Guangdong Province.This paper analyzes the inevitability of integration between producer services industry and equipment manufacturing industry,based on the definition of two industries,analyze the similarity and complementary of the two industries.I analyze it in individual characteristics,the overall trend of industrial development and the microscopic mechanism of two industries.Then,analyzing the current development of production services industry and equipment manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province,to find a breakthrough of development.Then use the input-output analysis to study the current situation of integration between the two industries in Guangdong Province,and summarized the integration existing mode of the two industries in Guangdong Province.This paper mainly draw the following conclusions:Firstly,producer services industry and equipment manufacturing industry is highly correlated on the value chain,which is the basic power for integration,the trend of industrial development is the external power of integration,the integration of producer services industry and equipment manufacturing industry are theinevitable trend of two industrial transformation and upgrading,is the essential way of breakthrough the current bottleneck in the development of the two industries;Secondly,The integration of Guangdong Province's producer services industry and equipment manufacturing industry is in the initial phase,the equipment manufacturing industry as a pillar industry is lack of demand for producer services industry,especially for high-end producer services;Thirdly,producer services is in a phase of rapid development,shows great demand for high-end equipment manufacturing industry.The servitization of equipment manufacturing industry is the essential way to the development of high-end equipment manufacturing,the dominant and control of producer services industry to equipment manufacturing industry is an effective way to further expansion of producer services industry.
