The Development Of Producer Services In Henan:Based On The Input-output Method

During the key period which Henan entered the "13th Five-Year plan",the industry development is facing severe problems of transformation.A plan which not only takes the resource and environment sustainable development,but economic development of high quality into account has become urgent issues.2015,Henan's service industry GDP increased by 10% than last year,in particular,a total increase of $1 trillion and 461 billion 133 million.As an important part of the service industry,producer services act an irreplaceable effect in reducing costs,achieving pollution minimization,improving efficiency,promoting specialization and enhancing regional economic operation quality.Therefore,we should seize the opportunity to reform,strive to the developed areas and improve the level of producer services industry.The author assessed the situation and captured the key points of reform,who has already recognized the importance of the development of producer services.So the paper uses the input-output analysis method to analyze the problems,which has high theoretical and practical values.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part mainly introduces the research background and significance,related research about producer services at home and abroad and summed up the starting point,the end result and the specific contents;the second part introduces the related contents of input-output and industrial integration theories,which lay the foundation of the full text;the third part focuses on the analysis of the development of producer service industry present situation and development of domestic and international experience,which reveals the flaws in the development process;the fourth part is a core empirical analysis which uses input-output tables working out key indicators,such as intermediate inputs,intermediate demand,industry related degree,direct and complete consumption coefficient and gets the most intuitive analysis for the data of supply and demand;The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions,which from the policy,talent,the adjustment of industrial structure,industrial integration and the core competitiveness of culture and other aspects of the development path of constructive suggestions according to the above analysis.The paper finally draws the conclusion and expresses the good prospect,which hopes this research can provide valuable references for the development of producer services of Henan province.
