Post evaluation measure enterprise on-the-job position value process.Job evaluation system including the basis of evaluation,the emphasis of the evaluation,evaluation process,etc.job evaluation and data processing.most effective for the enterprise salary,enterprise recruitment to provide a reliable basis,training and so on.In this paper,H automobile service company as the research object,based on the literature review,job analysis and expert method,according to the characteristics of the enterprise position,the H automobile service company to refine the job evaluation factors and indicators.Then through factor analysis of the data collected by the questionnaire survey,further screening and determine the post evaluation index.And then use AHP to construct evaluation index matrix,scientific and reasonable to determine the weights of the index and distribution,and on the basis of the implementation of job evaluation and data processing,the formation of enterprise position relative value evaluation score results.According to the post evaluation system of enterprise to establish the characteristics of the H automobile service company job evaluation results more objective,scientific and reasonable,and provide a reliable basis for the H automobile service company human resources management work such as recruitment,training,salary,bonus etc.At the same time.Used by other similar enterprises in the process of evaluation methods,evaluation standard for can use the company's distinctive places,so as to develop their own evaluation standard of the company.
