Research On Mathematical Model Of Population Problem In Liaoning Province

Population problem is a worldwide research project.The national population development trend can directly affect the society,economics,environment and other aspects.China as the country which has the biggest population in the world,faced with the fundamental conditions such as the large population,shortage of resources,weak environmental bearing capacity.How to make a reasonable scientific population policy and to find out a suitable strategy for Chinese population which can effectively solve the population problem which restrict the rejuvenation of China is the important and urgent strategic task now.Liaoning Province as the old industrial base in northeastern area,is one of the earliest provinces which carry out the family planning policy.The intensive implementation of the policy affects the development of the population seriously.Although the policy controlled the natural rate of growth effectively,its negative impact was revealed gradually over the time.Liaoning Province will face with a lot of problems such as low fertility,declining of labor population,aging population etc..These issues will restrict revitalization and development of old industrial base.For the characteristic of stable population system,if there is an accurate predict of the future demographic trends and structure of population,the government will make the macro population policy in advance in order to control the development of population.This paper makes an analysis of the amount,the growth rate and the percentage of ages of the population in Liaoning Province,based on the study of the statistical Yearbook and the fifth and sixth census data.GM(1.1)model of population,population cubic regression model,dynamic Leslie population model,Matlab,SPSS,Excel and other softwares are used in the analysis,and predict the errors that may take place.And finally,it makes reasonable proposal according to the analysis.
