The emergence and maintenance of cooperation among selfish individuals has been a big challenge in social science and nature science and received much attention from many disciplines, such as psychology, statistical physics, behavioral science, evolutionary biology, mathematics and statistics,to name but a few. With physicists introducing nonlinear dynamics and condensed matter physics approaches into spatial game and the rapid development of complex network, the study of this challenge reaches a new peak.Besides, the behavioral experiment conducted by evolutionary biologist and evolutionary economist further enrich this topic.Based on the following consideration,we explore this topic from three aspects. As we knows that the investigation about cooperative behavior on complex network has been reached fruitful achievements, however, there exist less works concentrate on this topic by using the behavioral experiment.Hence, firstly,we recruit the volunteer to conducted our experiment,in which player were assigned on the spatial network and playing the iterated prisoners' dilemma with his opponent. We find that compared with the well-mixed conditions, the spatial network can facilitate the evolution of cooperation remarkably. For this observation,we think that the clusters formed by cooperators can protect the interior cooperators from being attacked by defectors, which leading a stable cooperation rates. In addition,we investigate the asymmetric fitness evaluation setup the network and find the cooperative behavior could be greatly enhanced compared with the traditional game.Besides, our findings are robust against different types of networks.Lastly,we investigate coevolution setup on spatial structure. The so-called coevolution does not incorporating the game strategy updating, but also contains the dynamic change of network or individuals' property over time.In this paper,we consider a coevolution mechanism: players not only adopts the strategy of his opponent, but also learn his opponent's ability. We find that compared with the heterogeneity scenario, this coevolution setup weakens the heterogeneity of individuals' ability and thus accelerates the demise of cooperative behaviors.
