Resources of zinc oxide ore reserves is abundent in our country.but much similar resource has not been well developed and utilized,on account of the lack of new and efficient mineral process technology.Predecessors have done a lot of research about zinc oxide ore flotation process and pharmaceutical,but floatation mechanism research work of refracrory zinc oxide mineral flotation has seldom done.Therefore,this thesis select hemimorphite mutagenic activation mechanism of flotation reagents as study subject,proved a hemimorphite role in the flotation reagent phase transformation and adsorption behavior,it has important guiding significance and academic value for siliceous zinc oxide ore float selection mechanism and the development of new technology.In this thesis,hemimorphite effective activator and collector were explored through pure hemimorphite flotation tests,in order to verify the effectiveness of the activators and collector,and then mixed ore flotation tests were carried out.Then the optimal floatation reagent system for the mixed ore which is composed of hemimorphite,quartz and hematite limonite is comfirmed.Finally,through SEM-EDS analysis,infrared spectroscopy analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis to research methods of the action mechanism between floatation reagent and mineral hemimorphite surfaces.Hydroxamic acid and Na2CO3+NaHS were confirmed have strong activation on hemimorphite,and mixed amine was found strong collector performance on hemimorphite by pure hemimorphite flotation tests.In order to ascertain the actual sorting effect of hydroxamic acid,Na2CO3+NaHS and mixed amine,the artificial mixed ore flotation tests were taken out,the optimal conditions for separation hemimorphite of mixed ore flotation is:pulp pH=10,the ratio of combination depressant is sodium silicate:hexametaphosphate = 4:1,the depressant dosage is 25mg/L,the concentrations of sodium carbonate and sodium hydrosulphide are all 1.2× 10-3mol/L,the dosage of mixed amine is 45mg/L.In this reagent conditions,artificial mixed ore flotation separation test can get a good indicator that zinc concentrate grade is 46.37%,concentrate recovery is 81.65%.Through the mechanism research of the action betweeen hemimorphite and flotation agent,preliminary obtained the following conclusions:?Sodium carbonate get certain dissolution effect on hemimorphite,and reacts with zinc irons to generate ZnCO3,then adsorpotion on the mineral surface.?The adsorption of mixed amine on hemimorphite which without activation is mainly physical adsorption,it's unstable surface adsorption.But when the hemimorphite is activated by sodium carbonate and sodium hydrosulfide,the mixed amine adsorbed on its surface to be strengthened and become more stable.? Chemical reaction occurred between hemimorphite and mixed amine,formed a zinc amine complex adsorbing on the mineral surface.?Hydroxamic acid also reacts hemimorphite,form a chelate adsorbed on the mineral surface,thus increasing the hydrophobicity of the mineral surface.
