Study On The Mechanism Of Water Injection Scaling And Anti-scaling And Descaling Methods In The 28-2 South Oilfield Of Suizhong

Scaling phenomenon is very serious in the production water injection system of offshore oil field. The iMPact of scaling on equipment and process is relatively large. Serious fouling of process water, resulting in pipeline flow path change or even blocked, some of the difficulties of the valve switch, automatic adjustment of component failure and other issues.In particular, after the mixed of production water and hot water, precipitation of scale is more aggravated, the normal operation of the pipeline and equipment flow is serious influenced,In this paper, the fouling mechanism of offshore oil field is studied by analyzing the composition of BZ28-2S offshore oil field, and the scale of water injection is studied by chemical method and physical method in two aspects. The anti-fouling mechanism of chemical anti - scale inhibitor was studied, and the effect of different scale inhibitor was coMPared by experiment, and the most suitable for BZ28-2S offshore oil field was evaluated. In this paper, we study the anti fouling mechanism of the existing physical anti scaling equipment in offshore oil field, and evaluate the effect of scale prevention. Finally, This paper studies the removal technology of offshore oil field, and experimental study for a kind of inorganic detergent production technology Service Corporation.Based on the collected anti scaling agent samples which were evaluated, calcium magnesium antiscale samples CJF-23, CJF-25 excellent performance; By coMParing and evaluating the existing physical anti scaling technology which application in offshore oil field, the combination of BZ28-2S water injection system flow characteristics to determine the suitable used in the oilfields of physical anti scaling technology-Waterhacker physical anti scaling technology, and gives its anti fouling effect evaluation plan.Through the compareration and evaluation of the existing descaling technology, processing characteristics of BZ28-2S water injection system the suitable chemical anti scaling technology used in the oilfield is determined. The study and determination of the remover can effectively dissolve the fouling layer of oilfield water injection system, considering the site descaling test.
