Experiment with regard to frequency conversion electromagnetic anti-scalingtechnology is conducted in order to descaling effectively, reduce working strength andintensify anti-scaling performance. The technology deals with the fluid in the oil-water wellpipes by an frequency conversion electromagnetic generator. The electromagnetic wavegenerated changes the binding mode of ions and the precipitation method of scale to preventscaling.The fouling mechanism, factors affecting scaling and common anti-scaling measures inthe oil-water well and surface pipeline is analyzed. Employing variable frequencyelectromagnetic excitation source, the influence of electromagnetic wave on surface tensionof deionized water, and the influence of electromagnetic coil winding turns, outputwaveform and frequency band on anti-scaling performance are researched by indoor statictest. At first, indoor dynamic simulation experimental platform is built; and thus theoptimized parameters such as the coil turns and output waveform, is further tested by theindoor flow experiment; and then in view of static experiment results, optimal parametersare obtained. Furthermore, by dynamic simulation experiment, the influence of fluidtemperature and flow stream velocity on anti-scaling performance is researched. Accordingto the results of the experiment, basic theory of electromagnetic field and existingmechanism, mechanism of variable frequency electromagnetic anti-scaling is analyzed andsummarized. According to the experiment, frequency conversion electromagnetic fieldcould prevent scale deposition in the pipe wall effectively, turn it into flocculent soft dirt,extend the period of anti-scaling, reduce the power of work. Also it is a technology with lowcost and zero pollution. The frequency electromagnetic equipment is easy to operation andmaintenance. From the above, the variable frequency anti-scaling technology of electromagnetic field has great potential for growth and good application prospect.
