The leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River of China-Myanmar pipeline laying with crude oil, refined oil and natural gas pipeline. The deck situation is complex, the location is advantageous,the climate is variable,the natural disasters occurred frequently, which belongs to the control engineering. In order to provide the basis for drafting emergency plan and improve the natural gas leakage orifice downward diffusion theory.studied on the law of the natural pipeline gas orifice downward leakage diffusion of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River of China-Myanmar pipeline basis of the early investigation and the gas theory by using FLUENT software, the theory of engineering mathematics, system science method and statistics method,obtained leakage diffusion law and sensitivity of each factor size.Finally, worked out and compiled"the prediction table and program of hazard range of natural gas pipeline leakage diffusion of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River of China-Myanmar pipeline".The main research works and achievements are as follows:(1) Described the background and significance of studying on the law of the natural pipeline gas orifice downward leakage diffusion of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River and compared,analyzed of theoretical model and software simulation of leak diffusion of home and abroad.(2) By analyzing the pipe wall jet orifice down the process and characteristics,the basic equations of gas leakage and diffusion were compared and the leakage rate and leakage initial velocity equation of jet orifice downward were selected, analyzed of the factors affecting the pipeline leak diffusion orifice down the law finally.(3) Through field research of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River and technology exchange to collected, sorted and classified the pipe bridge field area, deck and natural gas pipeline related data and information.(4) GAMBIT software has been used to establish the geometric model of studying on the law of the natural pipeline gas orifice downward leakage diffusion of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River and sited the boundary conditions;the running model of FLUENT software have been compared, analyzed and selected; grid-independent verification has been conducted.(5) Studied the law of the natural pipeline gas orifice downward leakage diffusion of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River,obtained the laws of diffusion under the influencing factors of "leak mouth shape, pore size, the leak pressure, air temperature and humidity, wind direction and speed" and established interpolation function by use of engineering mathematical methods,systematic method were used to analysis sensitivity factors finally,size order of sensitivity has been done.(6) Determined the 240 kinds of typical operating conditions of the natural pipeline leakage diffusion of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River and used statistical methods to establish a function of four variables and four number of times function,on this basis worked out "the prediction table of hazard range of natural gas pipeline leakage diffusion of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River of China-Myanmar pipeline" and compiled"the prediction program of hazard range of natural gas pipeline leakage diffusion of the leap pipeline bridge upon Lancang River of China-Myanmar pipeline" under the VB language.
