X oilfield XD platform oil wells are produced by electric pump,the power load is limited,the new wells need to shut down the production wells,resulting in loss of production,and the X oilfield gas resources are sufficient.In this paper,the following work is completed:(1)After studying the characteristics of oilfield geological,reservoir and fluid in the XD platform of X oilfield,it is considered to be a normal temperature and pressure system.After analyzing its production dynamics,the current and future gas resources are calculated and evaluated.The amount of resources is sufficient,and the compressor can meet the needs of gas lift production,providing a basis for the feasibility of gas transfer.(2)Establishing the primary selection criteria for gas-lifting wells(more electric pump failures,deeper well depths,and more liquid production).After primary ? and ? wells,the production decline analysis is carried out,combined with daily gas production,liquid production,It is preferred to carry out the gas-lifting wells by flow pressure,etc.,by calculating the gas lift characteristic curve,and sensitively analyzing the gas injection pressure to determine the gas-lifting well;considering the well-distribution distribution,designing two sets of gas-dispensing schemes according to the "near-principle principle" and optimizing Gas distribution,and finally determine the gas lift wells as XD13,XD14,XD15,XD18.(3)After the comparison,the semi-closed pipe string is selected.After analyzing the parameters of the wellbore,XD13 is recommended to use a fixed gas lift valve.The remaining wells are recommended to use a fishing gas lift valve;calculate the pressure profile of the gas lift well and perform node analysis.Sensitive analysis of gas injection pressure,wellhead oil pressure and tubing size is given,and finally the gas transfer scheme after parameter optimization is given.(5)Analyze the production of the first valve and orifice valve under different conditions by sensitive gas injection pressure,formation pressure,liquid production index and other parameters,and give the pressure range of the first valve and orifice valve suitable for gas injection.To complete the prediction of the implementation of the gas lift scheme for the XD 13 well and the XD 15 well.This paper can improve the development of XD platform in X oilfield,provide reference for oilfields in similar situations,and have certain economic and technical significance.
