Tank landfill leachate of Wuxi Huilian garbage thermal power plant was researched in this paper. As high concentration of organic pollutants, high concentrations of ammonia, heavy metals and high concentration of chloride ions of solid waste incineration leachate, we used Physical and biological treatment (coagulation+acidification+UASB+SBR) process for experimental study of the combined process of leachate.During coagulation treatment experiments, incineration plant waste fly ash was selected as coagulant Effects of dosage, the pH of the water sample, stirring rate, stirring time and settling time of coagulant were bvious. When the amount of fly ash dosage 14 g/L, water sample pH 8, the stirring rate 300 rpm, stirring time 60 min, the settling time 45min, COD and NH3-N removal rate of landfill leachate reached 40.5% and 79.2%.Coagulation treatmented leachate was followed by acidified. The result of the single factor experiment and response surface analysis were that when the culture temperature 26.04?, the acetic acid bacterium inoculation amount 4.38% and the ethanol concentration 4.56%, the acetic acid bacterium producing the highest amount of acid could reach 31.38 g/L. COD and NH3-N removal rate acetic acid bacteria acidification optimized rubbish leachate reached 30.4% and 41.2%.Acidified leachate was treatmented by UASB and SBR biological laws. The test results showed that COD removal rate reached about 70%, but the ammonia was increased. Then after further SBR aerobic treatment, COD emissions was standards and the ammonia concentration reduced to 0.Through each treatment process, COD of the waste incineration plant leachate was 10000mg/L or more down to less than 300mg/L, and NH3-N was reduced to Omg/L. Water of combination process was in accordance with secondary emission standards of integrated Waste water Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).Finally, seed germination test was researched with treatmented landfill leachate. The result showed that toxic effects of treatmented landfill leachate on the vegetables seed and radish seed germination were reduced. The highest germination rate were up to 92% and 84%, and resource recycling of treatmented landfill leachate was achieved.
