Western sichuan Marine gas reservoir buried depth, high bottom hole temperature, sulfur serious corrosion, the area of gas well test string and supporting technology is difficult to optimize. The test string failure analysis found that the main reason is improper use of OMNI valve and hydraulic packer invalidation, the structure of testing string and the matching process is optimized. String corrosion study found that western sichuan region mainly include electrochemical corrosion and sulfide stress corrosion cracking, through the string of different materials for resistance to sulfur corrosion resistance, high nickel alloy steel was studied galvanic corrosion and stress corrosion study performance, optimizing the good corrosion resistance and can be applied to western sichuan Marine high sour gas well testing string of nickel-based alloy steel SM2550 and packer Y443-115.Tested in accordance with the above research-integrated production string and process design, and applied to western sichuan YAS 1 and evaluate the adaptability of the Marine area, the results show that this technology effectively shorten the deep well acid gas reservoir test cycle and reduce test risk, reduce test cost, improve test aging.
