A lot of practice shows that for the problem of sand production oil Wells, if we use pure sand control method which will cause a decline production of oil well. Therefore, we need to pay more attention to the combination of prevention and drainage, and jet pump has no moving parts, so it will not form the phenomenon of pump stuck. In deep well sand, the effect of jet pump's desilting is very obvious, but it's efficiency is low. Which is an important factor of restricting its development. At the same time high speed motion on the surface of the sand inside the jet exhaust sand pump erosion wear also seriously affects its efficiency. Through the analysis of the research on jet exhaust sand pump, this paper adopted the method of numerical simulation to study jet exhaust sand pump.The main work is optimized the structure of the jet exhaust sand pump and the study of erosion wear of original model, the work done by the following: 1,The analysis of the jet exhaust sand pump suction sand ability, and study the performance of sand on the jet exhaust sand pump, which made a solid foundation for the later structure optimization of jet exhaust sand pump and erosion wear research.2,The optimization of hose length of jet row sand pump:The analysis of internal flow at different throat area, and get the optimal length of pipe after study its distributing pressure by on the wall.At the same time get the optimum aspect ratio under the throat range as the supreme principle on the highest principle of efficiency. Finally, draw a conclusion of the area ratio and the aspect ratio exist relationship.3,The optimization of the whole model to jet row sand pump:For each different proportions and different area of the jet row sand pump performance numerical simulation, draw the conclusion that different area under different impact than changes in the proportion of jet pump performance law; At the same time get the rule of influence of different proportions of jet row sand pump performance at different roughness or relative roughness.4,The study of jet row sand pump erosion to the original model:First, analyzing the trajectories of different sand in the jet exhaust sand pump and drawing the influence of fluid on the sand. Secondly, the erosion analyze of jet exhaust sand pump for the injector,positioning ring and throat. Respectively, the erosion analyze of different particle size of sand, different power fluid mass flow rate on the suction fluid under different circumstances sand content.
