In view of the buried deeply ore body and soft roof,to reduce the cost of mining,the dilution and loss,and ensure safety,investigation,test and analysis were carried out to find a more reasonable filling method of mining in a deep mine.The research content mainly includes three aspects:First of all,the thermoelectric iris Advantage1000 plasma emission spectrometer and MICRO-PLUS laser diffraction particle size analyzer of MALVER company in UK were used to analyze the composition and size of tailings.And then,the basic physical parameters,such as the bulk or loosen density,the natural repose angle,and the porosity were determined.The results of analysis show that the mine tailings particle size to meet the requirements of cemented filling,the total tailing need not classificated,and be directly used by total tailing filling.Secondly,at present,because the mine mining depth is deep,and ground pressure is high,the total tailings cementation filling ratio optimization test and parameter determination were studied.The experiments include full tailing settlement shrinkage characteristic test,filling slurry setting time test,trial test performance for block compressive strength test,filling slurry transportation and so on.The performance test of the filling slurry transportation is mainly carried out the filling slurry L-type pipeline conveying test,the slump test,the fill the remaining parameters measurement and calculation,the filling system process etc.The filling process of the mine was also determined by the discussion and analysis.At last,the situ test were carried out to test the stope mining and filling technology.Analysis and research shows that,the mine can realize the gravity flow of the pipe,but the strength of the filling body is slightly lower than the design value,by analyzing the reasons we can know that,The reason is mineral processing chemicals are still part of the residue in the tailings to lead the strength of the filling body is slightly lower than the design value.However,in the production practice,although the strength of the filling body is slightly lower than the design value,it can meet the actual needs of production.The analysis shows that the filling mining method can be used to control the high pressure of the surrounding rock of the deep surrounding rock,At the same time,it can make the mineral resources get reasonable development and utilization.In total,on the level of the horizontal and upward slicing filling mining method in this mine,the test of the deep part of the mine is successful.This method can effectively control the ground pressure in deep mining and ensure the safety of mine production.Field experiments show that the technology is safe and reliable,and it can be used in the mine.This mining method has some guidance and reference for the production practice of the similar mine.
