Analysis And Research On Flow Characteristics Of Oil-made Pepper Pipelines

The daily output of Guiyang Nanming Laoganma Food Company's chilli products has reached 1.2 million bottles, but still use the manual filling mode, inefficient and high labor costs, the use of automated filling equipment production will become an important choice of Laoganma company. Many problems arising in the process of filling, are closely related to the flow characteristics of filling fluid.Taking chili oil seasoning as the research object, this paper analyzed the effects of different parameters on the flow of chili oil mixed material inside the tubes and simulated the flow of chili oil under different conditions. Then summarized the corresponding flow behavior, and reasonably optimized the structure model and related parameters. The work of this thesis will provide a theoretical basis for optimization of pipeline design and design of filling equipment in the future. The subject mainly studied the aspects as followed:Firstly, from the research of hydromechanics, analyzed the stress situation of solid particles in chili oil mixed flow in the pipeline. Then choose Mixture model as the two-phase flow model of chili oil and choose realizable k-? model as turbulent flow model of chili oil.Secondly, measured the basic physical parameters of chili oil at room temperature. Then summed up the characteristics of the material chili oil phase flow: does not flow easily at room temperature, unstable flow field, uneven distribution of solid phase and liquid phase, solid phase and liquid phase easily separated, solid phase portion easily attached to the pipe wall.Thirdly, using the method of numerical simulation and orthogonal design, analyzed the impact of different factors, such as diameter, dip pipes, pipe length and each phase ratio parameters, on the chili oil mixed fluid flow. Then summed up the corresponding variation of chili oil pipeline flow.Finally, composited the theoretical study and the results of simulation analysis, optimized of existing filling plant piping design and summarized the relevant optimization and recommendations.
