This topic is from the national science and technology major special "functional unit testing and testing of common technology research and capacity building(2016ZX04004007)".Based on the research of the domestic existing linear guide precision detection methods,the design of precision linear guide new measuring principle research and precision linear guide detection device Through the above research,it provides a new theoretical basis,measurement means and data support for precision measurement of linear guide rail.The large number of long-term research,the measuring project and inspection equipment precision demand,performance index and functional requirement analysis of the measuring means of existing domestic precision linear guide,summarizes the shortcomings and mistakes existing in the measurement principle,the coordinate measurement principle and combination of absolute and relative measurement principle based on the measurement principle.Flexible use of absolute and relative measurement,and the measurement datum of straightness compensation,in order to complete the design of measurement system.According to the designed measurement system,the measurement method of the precision measurement of the linear guide rail is studied,and the relative accuracy algorithm is analyzed in order to evaluate the accuracy of the linear guide rail.According to different measurement methods,and for the different concerns of scientific research and production,the two sets of precision measurement scheme of linear guide rail are designed,and the two sets of schemes are compared in detail,and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.The error source of the linear guide rail precision measuring device is studied,which is the foundation of the later stage design test bench,and the acceptance standard and method of the measuring device are defined.According to the requirements,design the universal measuring device for the linear guide rail,first of all to measure the overall design of the device and the design of each system.On the basis of the overall design,the use of SolidWorks and CAXA on detection equipment parts,lathe bed,a measuring unit and a driving part and other parts of 3D modeling and 2D drawing processing,and finite element optimization design of key components of the use of ANSYS Workbench software.According to the requirements,design the precision measuring device for the linear guide rail,In order to meet the measurement requirements and improve the economy of the measuring device,the measuring principle was simplified and the design standard of non key parts are reduced.Complete the design of measurement equipment,and systems of the 3D structure design and the key components are optimized by use of finite element software such as Workbench,ANSYS,SolidWorks.
