Rolling linear guides have been widely used in precision machine tools,automation equipment,aerospace and other fields,the performance of which greatly affects the level of equipment manufacturing.With the continuous development of mechanical equipment in the direction of high speed and high precision,higher performance requirements have been placed on the performance level of rolling linear guide pairs,especially the linear motion accuracy of linear guide pairs.The slider is an important part of the guide rail.Improving the processing accuracy of each raceway on the slider is an important means to ensure the linear motion accuracy of the guide rail.For the detection of the accuracy of the position of the slider raceway,most enterprises currently use simple manual detection methods such as dial indicators,which are time-consuming,labor-intensive,low in efficiency,low in accuracy,and can not give the law of accuracy change.This research intends to develop a testing device suitable for using the high-precision sensors at the production site to quickly and accurately measure the processing accuracy of the slider raceway to meet the needs of industrialized production and processing of enterprises.The main research work done by the thesis is as follows:This paper analyzes the detection index and detection method of the linear motion accuracy of the rolling linear guide rail pair,analyzes and discusses the processing accuracy detection method,precision detection index and main factors that affect the processing accuracy of the rolling linear guide rail secondary slider.The technical methods for mass production and processing of sliders in enterprises and the requirements for the detection of the mutual position accuracy of slider raceways are provided,which provides theoretical guidance for the further development of efficient and high-precision detection equipment.According to the needs of the accuracy test of the slider raceway processing,the overall implementation scheme of the slider machining precision detection equipment was developed and designed.The design of the entire detection device mainly includes mechanical system,measurement system hardware,measurement control software and data processing methoddesign.The design methods of each component and the main problems solved are analyzed.The main functions of the measurement system,data acquisition and measurement results are introduced.As a processing method,an efficient and high-precision automatic detection system for the machining accuracy of the slider raceway was constructed.A precision measurement test was carried out on the constructed precision test platform of the slider raceway machining,the measurement data was analyzed and calculated according to the relevant detection standards,and the results of each precision test were given and compared with the existing test methods to verify Check the measurement accuracy of the system.At the same time,the motion friction and motion noise of the guide rail pair after the assembly of the tested slider were tested and analyzed.By comparison,the rule of the influence of the processing accuracy of the slider on the performance of the guide rail pair after assembly was found.Detection methods and technical means.
