Derrick is the main bearing component of the oil rig production equipment. During the rising process of the drilling rig system, it is in charge of placing the lifting crane, hanging the traveling block, lifting the hook and assisting the drill pipe releasing. Beyond the hook load and wind load, the oil rig derrick lifting process is the significant working condition for the derrick in the complex production conditions. As the derrick lifting process is accompanied with many uncertainties of rope self-vibration, the imbalance of the output torque of the winch, as well as the derrick vibration from the external loads, it seems particularly necessary to make the dynamic mechanical analysis on the derrick lifting process. Currently, the researches of derrick lifting mainly rely on the equivalent statics and finite element numerical simulation from the geometric relationship and moment balance principle, but ignore the varying loads'impacts on the dynamic characteristics of the derrick.With the consideration of the dynamic characteristics, the virtual prototype derrick model of the ZJ70J-ZPD ultra-deep drilling rig derrick during the rising process are established, and the studies on dynamics simulation of the rig's lifting system and hoisting system are carried out with the following aspects of work accomplished:1. According to the geometric relationship and the torque equilibrium equation, the mathematical change law of the derrick lifting angle and the lifting tensile are analyzed, and a detailed description of the lifting principle are made.2. the virtual prototype of the derrick lifting system are established, based on the multi-body dynamics theory, a full consideration of the wrapping connector driving and deformation mechanical behaviors of the wires and ropes are given, the speeds and acceleration responses of the derrick under different operating conditions are analyzed, the impacts on the lifting tensile from a variety of motion states are discussed and the dynamical behavior of the derrick lifting are describe accurately.3. flexible body treatment on the crane axles and the wire ropes by using the dynamics technique of the finite element flexible body are made, the rigid &soft coupling model for the derrick lifting system are established, the time domain responses at different speeds and accelerations on lifting objects of traveling blocks are analyzed, and the dynamic behavior for objects during the lifting process are analyzed.4. Make strength check on the key components of the derrick lifting system the finite element numerical simulation method is adopted to, thus to guarantee the use strength of core components and ensure their safety and reliability.
