| When Roadheader is going on hard rock excavation, the work condition is bad and the loads are complex.By building the virtual prototype technology environment at the core of ADAMS, the rigid-flex coupled virtual prototyping model of Roadheader Cutting Unit is established under the working conditions of the complex occurrence. Its momentary loads are worked out by the implementation of Matlab and added to the virtual prototyping mode successfully. The intensity of its key parts is checked By the ADAMS/flex module, which can provide guidance and reference for structure design of Roadheader. Using every pick trace on its cutting head, The outline of 3D cutting surface is described, which provides the reliable data for cross section shape; Basing on ADAMS/Hydraulics, it establishes hydraulic system model of rotary tables on cutting unit of Roadheader, and checks the coupling model of simulation on hydraulic and mechanical system, and gets the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system, and provides theory basis for hydraulic system of Roadheader. By which it reduces the cost of new product development, it provides a new method and means for design and research of complex large mining equipment under the complex working environment, with great application prospect. |
