In order to effectively monitor the new countryside environmental rubbish issues,the information processing system of the new countryside environmental rubbish monitoring is taken as the research object,the hardware and software architecture is designed and an algorithm of SVM machine learning target detection is developed based on HOG to realize the detection of the new countryside street garbage.Firstly,according to the characteristics of the new countryside street health,the functional requirements and technical indexes of the system is analyzed and the overall structure of the new countryside environmental rubbish monitoring information processing system is designed.The hardware system which C-T40N dual-core CPU is as the core is developed which can ensure rubbish monitoring needs.The circuit of image acquisition module based on visible light camera is completed.The data transmission circuit which the SLM630 wireless communication module is as the core is designed and the extensible function of hardware system interface is set aside.This paper analyzes the process of HOG feature extraction from positive and negative sample garbage images,the classified principle of SVM machine learning algorithm is discussed and the mathematical relationship is studied between the extracted HOG feature and the SVM machine learning algorithm,the software process of the target detection algorithm is designed.According to the data information acquisition system needs,the software process of data acquisition and camera zoom is designed and a wireless data transmission software module is developed,the back-end real-time view of the camera acquiring information is satisfied.Finally,the environmental rubbish monitoring information processing system is debugged and analyzed,the result shows that the system can meet the monitoring needs of new countryside rubbish problems,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by experiments,it provides a reference method for rubbish monitoring issues.The ROC curve of the SVM classifier is analyzed which is trained by the algorithm,the accuracy of the classifier is 95.56%and a method which can improve the performance is proposed.
