The perforating completion operation is an important part of the oil and gas well mining process.In order to improve the efficiency of oil extraction,the power of perforating equipment is getting stronger and stronger,and the high impact overload caused by perforation process also increases.The excessive impact load has become the deformation,bending and fracture of the column system during the well completion.And cause the main factors of oil well accidents.The dynamic problem of the perforated section of the perforating tube with the perforating gun as the main component has become a core problem in the design of the perforated pipe string.Through the down-hole perforation process,the structure analysis,carried out the under-ground tool damage mechanism research.The dynamic model of the perforated tubular column is established,and the method of solving the model is established.The calculation code is compiled by Fortran language,and the correctness of the model is verified by ABAQUS simulation software.The more efficient study of the dynamic behavior of perforated column method is obtained.Based on the research of existing engineering formulas,the experimental scheme of perforating impact load is designed,and the actual blast wave pressure curve is measured.Through the analysis of the pressure curve,Considering the influence of the rising stage of explosive shock load and the role of hydrostatic,it is determined engineering calculation method of impact loading.The influence of the length of the tubing,the number of the projectile,the number of the shock absorber and the length of the perforating gun on the down-hole tool were studied.It was found that the force of the packer increased with the increase of the length of the tubing.The position of the spiral buckling occurs at the bottom and the middle of the tubing.With the increase of the charge,the tension of the tubing is increased abruptly,and the column is more prone to spiral buckling.With the increase of the number of shock absorbers,The pressure of the column is obviously decreased,but the effect is not obvious when two or more shock absorbers are installed at the same position.This provides theoretical guidance for the design of the string.A downhole perforating string dynamics simulation software is developed.The software has the following advantages:In the pre-processing module,through the establishment of downhole tool database,it provides a simpler method for parameter input.In the calculation and analysis module,it can effectively and comprehensively analyze the dynamic simulation software down-hole tool dynamic behavior characteristics;in the post-processing module,the curve,data,report the form of output results.This provides an effective tool for the design and construction of downhole tools.
