In the past,in order to improve the economic efficiency,the major oil fields are often through the settlement pool,vibrating screen and centrifuges and other multi-stage solid-controlled equipment to deal with waste cuttings.Waste cuttings are buried deep after a simple treatment,which brings long-term environmental impact.With the improvement of national environmental standards,domestic oil fields began to pay attention to the pollution caused by abandoned drilling cuttings,and increased capital investment,thus would greatly ease this phenomenon.Currently,the liquid of treated waste cuttings by solid-controlled equipment is still high.It would cause serious environmental pollution and cause a lot of drilling fluid waste if discharged directly.It is needed that a more efficient and economical way to deal with waste cuttings.In order to improve the recovery efficiency and reduce environmental pollution of drilling fluid.The introduction of cuttings dryers would improve the efficiency of drilling and cutting,and reduce the environmental pollution.It can also recover the drilling fluid in waste cuttings to improve the economic benefits.And the use of cuttings dryer to treat waste cuttings is much lower than the cost of handling waste cuttings through complex procedures.In view of this,this paper designed a double drum drill cutting dryer to improve the amount of cuttings,to ease the particle jam phenomenon in the process of drill cutting machine.And further saving costs to improve economic efficiency.This paper mainly carries out the following work:In the first part,the liquid content of the waste cuttings was less than 5%after being treated by a drill cutting machine.This is consistent with the HSE requirements and the 6%OOC standard.However,some field cases on the use of drill cutting machine was studied and found that there are some major shortcomings in the drill cutting machine during the operation.Such as easy to plug,less processing capacity,and so on in the drill cutting machine during the work.In the second part,according to the shortcomings of the current drying machine,a double drum drilling machine is proposed,and the working principle of the double drum drilling machine is introduced.The main components of the drill cutting machine are used in the theory of mechanical design:the screw scraper drum,the screen shaft,the drum shaft and the geometrical shape are the isosceles triangle belt drive structure design,which is laid down for the modeling of the subsequent simulation model basis.In the third part,the author analyzed the force of the particles in the spiral scraper drum-screen model and the drum-screen model,thus it provides the theoretical basis for the analysis of the force of the particles by EDEM.In the fourth part,the spiral scraper dryer model is proposed,and the migration of the particles in the screw-screen model and the traditional drum-screen model under low concentration is analyzed and compared.Then made a conclusion that the improved spiral blade Drum-sieve model is more efficient in the course of working obviously.In the fifth part,on the basis of the fourth part,the author analyzed the influence of the particles in the different of the helix angle,the height of the drum and the concentration of the inlet and the speed difference on the migration by the discrete element EDEM software.Then the best structural parameters and technical parameters of the drill cutting machine is found in the working.
