With high strength,specific strength,high specific modulus,good thermal conductivity,high temperature resistance and fatigue resistance.Carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites can be seen in many fields.Fire,aerospace,automotive and other fields,carbon fiber reinforced aluminum composite materials show a strong development potential and broad application prospects in our daily life.The optimum coating conditions were as follows:the sol viscosity was 0.95 mPa.s,the pH was 2,and the ultrasonic flaking process was introduced.The results showed that the sol-gel method was the best.The chemical composition of electroless nickel plating on the surface of carbon fiber was studied theoretically.The optimum conditions were as follows:the optimum plating temperature was 80 ?,the best pH was 5.0,and the best plating conditions were as follows:the best plating temperature was 80 ?,the best plating temperature was 5.0,the best plating temperature was 5.0,Covering time is 50min;do not introduce ultrasonic shock process.The optimum temperature of aluminum matrix composites with carbon fiber content of 5%was 620 ? by cold pressing sintering method.The density of aluminum matrix composites prepared at this temperature was 96.0%after aging treatment,And the density of aluminum matrix composites prepared by SPS sintering method was 400 ?.At this temperature,the density of aluminum matrix composites after aging treatment was 98.6%,1.2%higher than the pre-aging 97.4%density.The tensile properties of the composites show a tendency to increase first and then decrease,and the maximum tensile strength is reached when the carbon fiber volume fraction is 5%,both before and after the aging treatment.The tensile strength of aluminum matrix composites with a carbon fiber volume fraction of 7%increases by a maximum of 33 MPa.At this time,the tensile strength before aging is 107 MPa,and the aging is 140 MPa.The sintering process has an effect on the density,and the SPS is higher than the cold sintering.The sintering temperature has an effect on the density of the sample.The SPS method can reduce the sintering temperature and obtain the ideal density compared with the cold sintering.Whether the SPS method or cold pressing sintering method,with the sintering temperature increases,the density increases.Whether the SPS method or cold pressing sintering,sintering temperature on the hardness of the impact are not large,but the aging effect on the hardness of large.Carbon fiber content increased from 0%to 5-10%,the hardness difference is not significant,even after aging significantly improved,but also the contribution of aluminum matrix,and fiber content is not significant.Carbon fiber content increased from 0%to 20%,the intensity of a very large change.,With the increase of the amount of carbon fiber,the increase in tensile strength increased first and then decreased,the volume fraction of 5%and 7%when the tensile strength of similar size,with the carbon fiber volume content continues to increase,the tensile strength Showing a sudden increase in the phenomenon.This is because the carbon fiber in the tensile load to play its role in enhancing.And hardness is a comprehensive indicator,the main reflection is the material compression deformation capacity.Especially the microhardness test,the indenter did not hit the fiber area,the fiber can not be enhanced to enhance the effect.
