The detection and control of water quality parameters is the core part of the water treatment control system,which is very important to the water quality stability and water production efficiency.Therefore,the study of water treatment control system and water quality control strategy is of great significance to the development of water treatment technology.First of all,this paper combined with the actual situation of the project,through the analysis of water quality control system and control strategy for water,water treatment process,aiming at the nonlinear lag problem,put forward to turbidity as the main water quality parameters,using the grey prediction theory,through GM(1,1)of grey prediction model control of water quality.The paper discusses the principle and model of grey prediction theory,analysis of the grey prediction model to predict the effect of water turbidity,experimental verification of the grey prediction model to predict the water quality parameters,and discusses the theory of water quality prediction model in parameter prediction will expand the range.Secondly,according to the deficiency of grey prediction model,the method of information clustering fusion is put forward to improve it.The information fusionmethod for clustering the existing data fusion group as the original input data set,grey prediction and grey prediction value of real-time alignment and fusion,error monitoring,when the error exceeds the set range,modified grey forecast data fusion data.Finally,the model of coagulation and sedimentation is taken as an example,and the equivalent model is simplified as the step response of the control system.Simulation analysis based on predictive model feedback control and PID based predictive control is carried out.In response to maintain good steady state at the same time,the control strategy based on predictive algorithm can achieve better dynamic response,the adjustment time is short,fast response speed,small overshoot,oscillation frequency is low,good application effect.
