Using Laser Engraving Technology And Patchwork To Interpret New Image Research

The design and study on reproduction of new patchwork with the laser engraving technology enhances the aesthetic value and sublimates the art individuation the patchwork in the intangible cultural heritage programs on the basis of inheritance and innovation.This study deals with how to apply the laser engraving technology in the patchwork to reorganize artistically different textiles and fabrics and use the engraved fabrics in the patchwork to re-product it in the form of new picture.experimental studies have been conducted in all-around manner on fabric texture,sewing process,traditional colors and decorative patterns to perfectly integrate the laser element(Science&Technology force)into the patchwork design,professional design theories are combined with the practical operation to study the original patchwork image pattern in modern time.This study deals with the analysis on the presentation effect of laser engraving technology on the textile fabrics and comparison between it with the traditional patchwork technology,so as to generate the new patchwork image with innovative value via experimental studies on new vision linguistic feature produced from the combination of material language of the traditional patchwork technology and technological language of laser engraving.It is a workable measure to solve the cultural inheritance,innovation and development by integrating low technology with the high one and by integrating tradition with modern.Therefore,the innovative design using with combination of technology and the art will add the innovative idea to the traditional handicraft and thus explaining in the better way the patchwork products with modern manufacturability.The study is conducted through those methods such as document analysis;individual experiment study(study different effect of laser engraving technology to reproduced fabrics and analyze and compare the patchwork process features);investigation and generalization,the core theory has been put forward in this article by comparing the linguistic features of images.This article also includes the study on traditional patchwork ideas and workable measures for changes in process design,the presentation of images resulted from the laser engraving technology through experiments and summary signification for combination of vision linguistic feature of new images with the engraving technology.
