Research On Innovative Design Of New Laser Engraving Machine Based On TRIZ

This paper takes the laser engraving machine as the main research object,applies the patent analysis and the TRIZ evolution theory,carries on the technical forecast and the product innovation design research to the laser engraving machine.The structural features of the laser engraving machine were studied,and the technology was decomposed.The patent information search strategy of the laser engraving machine was formulated,the search and sorting of the patent information of the laser engraving machine was performed,the patent information database was constructed,and the patents were separately from the technical field.The applicant and the inventor analyzed the macroscopic development of the laser engraving machine,and found the patent holders of the top patent applications in the field of laser engraving machines,mainly based on the patents they applied for.The patents of other patentees were supplemented by patents,and the key research objects based on the analysis of the technical characteristics of the TRIZ evolution route were identified.Using TRIZ evolution theory and evolutionary route,combined with the technical decomposition of laser engraving machines,using patent cards as the carrier,the technical characteristics of the laser engraving machine's typical patents were analyzed one by one.Compared with the TRIZ evolution route,the laser engraving machine patents were found.The key technical features analyzed and determined the technological evolution route of the laser engraving machine,obtained the "radar map" of the laser engraving machine technology evolution,and based on the evolution of the "radar map" of the laser engraving machine technology,a prediction analysis was made of the development of the laser engraving machine technology.Finally,based on the technical prediction of the laser engraving machine,a new type of laser engraving machine was conceived,and the overall scheme was designed.The prototype and experimental research of the new laser engraving machine were completed.
