In this paper,the degumming process of carex meyeriana straw was carried out by using single enzyme(xylanase,laccase and pectinase),compound enzyme and bichemical-chemical method respectively.The optimized process of carex meyeriana fiber/cotton was blended.The Siro spinning spun core yarn and the improved Sirofil yarn were prepared.The knitted fabric was made of yarn which prepared under the optimal conditions of the improved Sirofil yarn,and the fabric was retreated.Then the fabric was processed and evaluated before and after the retreat of the carex meyeriana/cotton/PVAknitted fabric..The results of diameter and tensile test showed that the biochemical-chemical method was the best for the degumming of carex meyeriana fiber.After treatment the fiber diameter was 40.62?m,compared with that of the pectinase treatment it was 35.11%less.The breaking strength after degumming was 268.31MPa,compared with that of the pectinase treatment it was 20.29%higher.SEM showed that there were many holes and gaps in the cross section and vertical direction of the bio-chemically degummed carex meyeriana fiber,indicating that the fiber was a kind of warm-keeping fiber.FTIR showed that the non-cellulose was reduced,the fiber was more flexible,and the spinning performance was further improved.A new yarn spinning method which can improve the yarn dryness and reduce hairiness was designed by adding yarn carrier to yarn on the basis of Siro spinning spun core yarn On the basis of the forces which act on the convergent points in the triangular region analysis,the single-factor experiments were conducted on the factor of the wrapped yarn and the core yarn spacing and the yarn twist.The results showed that the yarns with the best twist coefficient were 400 when the distance between the two yarns was 10mm.As the yarn twist shrinkage was not good for the knitting machine work,the yarns with different twist were sorted and classified by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;the results showed that the yarn with the twist factor of 380 and 360 was similar and better.Considering that the yarn with low twist factor was good for the subsequent knitting machine work and the retreat of the knitted fabric,the final yarn twist factor was 360.The yarn was prepared as a knitted fabric need a removing PVA treatment,the processing time was 15min,the temperature was 60?.The PVA removal degree was 97.46%.By comparing the basic properties of the knitted fabric before and after removing PVA,the quality loss of the wear resistance test was 6.19×10-5g/cm2;the bursting strength was 352.32N,the warmth retention ratio was 37.41%.The bacteriostasis test indicated that the carex meyeriana fiber' fabric had certain bacteriostasis performance.
