Three kinds of polymers from different sources were chosen as the matrix material,and they were cellulose acetate(CA)(modified natural polymer),poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)(stepwise polymerization polymer)and polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA)(free radical polymerization polymer).Rare earth luminescent fibers in nano-micro sized were prepared by electrospinning,and the fibers displayed different morphologies and performances.The relationship between solvent system and process conditions and structure and morphology and performance of the fibers was revealed by advanced test technology.The result of the study has important theoretical and practical value in preparing rare earth luminescent fibers of new polymers.The research results are as follows:1.Combining CA and Tb rare earth complex,CA/Tb rare earth complex luminescent fibers which were with uniform diameter and high fluorescence intensity were prepared by electrospinning.The spinnability of CA in the condition of different complex solvent systems was studied,and the complex solvent systems include Acetone/DMF,DCM/DMF,DCM/DMAC,AC/DCM,Acetone/DMAC,AC/H2O and DCM/MeOH.The influence of morphology to fluorescent property of the CA/Tb rare earth complex luminescent fibers was also studied.The results showed that the fibers had uniform diameter when the complex solvent was DCM/MeOH,and concentration was 15(w/v)%,the spinning voltage was 15KV,the spinning distance was 20cm.The relative fluorescence intensity achieved 1787(a.u.).2.PET is the fiber forming polymer which is widely used.HFIP and DCM were used as the complex solvent in this study.PET porous luminescent fibers were prepared by electrospinning by adjusting the ratio of the solvent and selecting appropriate parameters and external conditions.The essential connection of porous morphology and the luminescent properties was revealed by advanced test technology.The results showed that when the ratio of DCM and HFIP was 3.5:1,the concentration was 8.5(w/v)%,the spinning voltage was 15KV and the spinning distance was 20cm the fibers were filled with porous on the surface.The bore diameter was lower than 50nm.The relative fluorescence intensity achieved 1787(a.u.)when the additive amount of Tb rare earth complex was 1%.3.PMMA porous luminescent fibers were prepared by choosing EA/DMF as the complex solvent,and the PMMA porous luminescent fibers showed excellent fluorescent indicator performance.The fibers displayed different fluorescence characteristics when they were placed in environment with different PH.The fluorescence intensity reduced when the PH reduced;The fluorescence intensity rebound when the PH rised.The phenomenon provides important condition in the field of harmful gas and environmental monitoring.
