In recent years,with the development of society,fiber-forming polymer polyethylene terephthalate(PET)has been widely used in flame-retardant fibers,waterproof fibers,antibacterial fibers and other fields and so on,However there are few research on the development of luminescence.In this paper,the polymer poly(ethylene terephthalate)was doped with five different rare earth complexes for spinning smooth PET(polyethylene terephthalate)nano rare earth luminescent fiber by electrospinning technique.The fiber with uniform diameter and smooth surface was found by scanning electron microscope,and then the best process parameters was determined;Fluorescence spectra shows that the rare-earth luminescent fibers doped with terbium p-methylbenzoate have the strongest luminescence properties;The test of the electronic single-fiber powerful instrument shows that the yarns consisted of fiber prepared has good mechanical properties.Based on the technological parameters of PET nano-rare-earth luminescent fiber,porous PET nano-rare-earth luminescent fiber was further prepared.The scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)test show that the diameter of the fiber is uniform and the surface has lots of micropore,and the diameter of the fiber was about 20?180 nm;The oil absorption properties of porous PET rare earth luminescent fiber were tested.The result shows that the oil absorption value of the fiber reached 135 g/g.The fluorescence spectrum shows that the fiber has high fluorescence intensity and used as a fluorescent indicator in the process of oil absorption.The experimental results show that the temperature has a great influence on the fluorescence properties.Phase change energy storage materials can absorb and release a large amount of latent heat of phase change,which can keep the ambient temperature constant.So,phase change energy storage materials doped with terbium p-methylbenzoate was spun into microfiber by using parallel electrostatic spinning technology.The fluorescence spectra and DSC curves show that nanofibers have good fluorescence properties and high phase transformation enthalpy;The PUPCMS makes the fiber with good thermal stability,and the fluorescence properties of the fibers remain relatively stable.This research has greatly expanded the field of fiber applications.
