Study On The Structure And Properties Of Dry-spun Polyimide Fiber Oil

In this paper.I research the special oil agent formula for polyimide fiber and the performance and structure of antistatic agent,smoothing agent,cohesive agent,wetting agent,emulsifier,which is the component of the oil agent.1.By comparing the volume/resistance ratio and environment requirement of each type of antistatic agent.I screen out the antistatic agent from the oil agent for polyimide fiber.synthetize Gemini phosphate antistatic agent with Decyl digomeric glycol and P2O5.research the influence that different conditions have on different products,and finally determine the experiment condition is that,n(Decyl digomeric glycol):m(P2O5)is 2.05:1.reaction temperature is 80?.reaction time is 9 hours,environment humidity is 50%.and then I utilize advanced equipment such as IR and 1H-NMR to characterize the structure of Gemini phosphate antistatic agent.Therefore,in this paper.I determine to use Gemini phosphate Sylvite as the antistatic agent for oil agent.2.I research the structure and performance of the special Polvether.Considering the influence that Polyether initiator and Polyether structure(EO/PO;molecular size:EO/PO layout)have on friction property,wettability and emulsification.Then I screen out the C12 alcohol ether as the smoothing agent for oil agent,and modified C12 ether ester and propanetriol ether as the cohesive agent.Select C12 irregular ether ester as wettability.Select the alcohol ether with low EO/PO whose initiator has branched chain as the emulsifier for polyimide fiber oil agent.3.Also,I screen out the oil agent formula according to structure and performance of each component.Make up oil sample by blending antistatic agent,smoothing agent,cohesive agent,wetting agent,emulsifier in a certain proportion and following the certain adding sequence,the certain reaction temperature and reaction time.Test the physical and chemical properties and application properties of oil agent and conduct a comprehensive assessment on formula.Eventually,I determine the best formula is that,Gemini phosphate(40%),fatty acid ester ether(13%).aliphatic acid alcohol ether(20%),fatty acid irregular ester ether(17%),branched chain irregular alcohol ether(10%).
