This paper by corn starch(CS)is a solid substrate,the beta cyclodextrin(?-CD)and citric acid(CA)is introduced into the polymerization system,including citric acid(CA)as crosslinking agent,a sodium phosphite(SHP)as catalyst,the dichotomy to complete the beta-cyclodextrin immobilized corn starch(hereinafter referred to as C-?-CDP preparation.Firstly,pre polymers(CA-(3-CD)was prepared by semi-dry method:The preparation of ?-cyclodextrin immobilized corn starch(C-?-CDP)was also discussed.Preparation of pre polymers(C-?-CD)the best process conditions for:n(?-CD):n(CA):n(SHP)= 1:2:1/2,m(p-CD):m(H20)= 1:0.6,curing temperature is 100 ?;Preparation of corn starch is beta cyclodextrin(C-?-CDP)the best process conditions for:dimer content is 60%,n(C-?-CD):n(SHP)=1/3,the reaction temperature is 100 ?,the reaction time for 30 min.The experimental results show that the reaction after a new ester base,destroy the crystalline region,proved that takes place between CS and beta CD solid years.Physical and chemical characteristics of C-?-CDP and sizing performance study shows that within a certain content of cyclodextrins,C-?-CDP physical and chemical performance improvement,performance for hydration ability and enhancing the rheological properties,aging resistance and transparency,and high content of cyclodextrin can cause starch physical and chemical performance deterioration.C-?-CDP sizing performance decreases with increased content of cyclodextrin,and when the content of cyclodextrin 20.851 ?mol/g,sizing breaking strength,stretching rate and hairiness reduction to achieve the optimal value.Measure its biodegradability,B/C-2.1330,2.0307 mmol/1 tendency for reducing sugar,proved that the experiment of the slurry can be natural degradation.For adsorption of saffron T,under certain experimental conditions,the adsorption process is more accord with the Freundlich isothennal adsorption equation,the maximum temperature 45 ? to 14.7472 mg/g,the dye removal rate was 86.0618%,of both beta cyclodextrin adsorbed saffron T cladding,and include chemical adsorption,namely C-beta CDP reaction of carboxyl and alkaline saffron T.The experimental results for dye wastewater treatment provides the beneficial help.
