The Lined Sieve Tray is largely used in the traditional floating valve tower transformation because of the low pressure,large handling capacity,high operational flexibility and good mass transfer efficiency.A regeneration tower reconstructed by CJST-MP? lined sieve tray in the natural gas purification plant,and still face excess flogging in running.Therefore,ANSYS as an analysis tool is important for analyzing single phase field and two-phase field,which makes us learn hydrodynamic performance and mass transfer characteristics of CJST--MP? lined sieve tray and get theoretical guild in advoiding excess flogging.CFD simulation is mainly composed of three parts:pre-processing(Design Model and Meshing),solution(Fluent)and post-processing(Fluent and CFD-Post).In order to make the whole time resuming less and the calculation accuracy is ok,it uses different cells to compare.Finally cells of single-phase flow field are 540537,while two-phase flow field is 1195519 meshed.After contrasting different turbulence equations,it determines the standard k-s model equation used in the single phase flow and two phase flow.CFD simulation and analysis were used to establish a mathematical model for estimating the pressure drop,wet plate pressure drop,clear liquid layer height of CJST--MP ? lined sieve tray.In the post-processing,it found that:1.the height of the liquid at the inlet area is the highest,and the height of liquild at the bow shaped zones is the second,and those height difference between center zone and outlet area is small;2.Gas-liquid mass transfer mainly occurs outside the cap.That is,the mass transfer is mainly carried out in the form of droplets,which is different from other lined sieve trays;3.Large entertainment causes excess flogging.In operating,when the raw material gas flow rate fluctuates between 220× 10~4m~3/d and 260× 10~4m~3/d,it suggests that control rich MDEA solution temperature below 95? to avoid excess flogging cased by large amount of acid gas.When the raw material gas flow rate is 300× 10~4m~3/d,large circulation amount of MDEA solution cause excess flogging from 5stage to 20 stage.CJST-MP? lined sieve tray need to be reconstruct to improve the anti-fogging entrainment performance.
