| The technology of drilling fluid have been playing a important role as a part of drilling technology.And the development of the drilling fluid rely on the development of addition of drilling fluid.Drilling fluid lubricant can reduce frictional resistance,and prevent stick.It is a important drilling fluid addition.With the crisis of environment becoming worse constantly,and the amount of directional well and horizontal well increasing,the requirement of the lubricant is improved.Mineral oil lubricant cannot meet the needs gradually of drilling.It forces people to seek more environmentally friendly and effective lubricant.We used waste food oil to prepare biodiesel which would be the base oil of lubricant and we optimized the preparation condition of biodiesel.The best reaction condition was:the mass ratio of alcohol and oil was 1:4,the reaction time was 2 hours,and the catalyst was 0.9 percent of the whole system.We optimized the preparation condition of lubricant and got a environmentally friendly lubricant.In addition,we added P135 into the lubricant to enhance the stability of the emulsion,aiming at the emulsion system that polar oil was continuous phase.We did some research about the influence of HLB,the dosage of emulsifier,the dosage of P135,and the mass ratio of oil and water to stability of the emulsion.And we got the best condition was:HLB was 5.3,the dosage of emulsifier was 2.5percent,the dosage of P135 was 0.18 percent,and the mass ratio of oil and water was 6:4.We evaluated the property of the lubricant while it was added into drilling fluid.In the result,we added 0.5 percent lubricant into freshwater bentonite slurry,and the decreasing rate of extreme pressure lubricating factor reduced 81.3 percent.If we added 1 percent lubricant into saltwater(10 percent NaCl)bentonite slurry,the decreasing rate of extreme pressure lubricating factor reduced 71.3 percent.The lubricant meets the criterion Q/SY1088-2012.We found out that the property of W/O emulsion lubricant is better than oil lubricant.Maybe it is because the partical size of W/O emulsion lubricant is smaller than oil lubricant. |
