Friction damage is a physical injury that cannot be completely avoided in the development of oil and gas drilling.By adding lubricants to improve the lubricity of drilling fluid and reduce the friction between the borehole wall and the drilling tool,it can effectively improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the accident rate.Crude oil has traditionally been the first choice for drilling fluid lubricants because of its large content of asphaltic gum,good lubricating effect and low cost.However,as the flammable and explosive nature of crude oil poses a serious potential safety hazard and it is therefore difficult to decompose naturally,environmental problems are prominent.Therefore,Shanghe Oilfield has completely banned the use of crude oil as a drilling fluid lubricant.Emulsified white oil is the lubricant currently used by Shanghe Oilfield to replace crude oil,but its cost is three times that of crude oil,resulting in a significant increase in production costs.Therefore,there is an urgent need to find a trustworthy,environmentally friendly,economical and efficient lubricants to meet the Shengli Lubrication need,to achieve cost efficiency.Waste cooking oil commonly known as cooking oil,refers to the food industry from the trench grease trap salvaged,after some simple processing of the fat.Every year,nearly half a million tons of waste oil are consumed in urban catering industry in our country.Some unscrupulous businessmen reused waste cooking oil containing large amounts of human harmful substances as fresh food and drink to endanger the health of Chinese residents thanks to their unilateral economic pursuit.Utilizing waste oil to prepare biodiesel with excellent safety performance,excellent environmental protection performance and good lubrication performance not only effectively solves the disposal problem of waste waste oil,prevents it from returning to the dining table and endanger the health,and realizes the efficient recycling of waste resources,Advocated green philosophy.Therefore,in view of the frictional damage occurred in the process of drilling,this topic uses waste waste oil as raw material to prepare biodiesel as the base oil of emulsion lubricant,and through the experiment screening emulsifier,pour point depressant and stabilizer to form emulsion lubricant formulation SL-1.According to the standard "Lubricant Specifications for Drilling Fluids" in the provisions of the test lubricant on the performance of the original pulp,temperature resistance,salt tolerance,the impact on the drilling fluid density,emulsification process Impact,compatibility studies and environmental friendliness evaluation;finally through field experiments,evaluate the practical application of lubricants and economic benefits.The results show that the emulsion lubricant SL-1 not only meets the environmental protection requirements during construction,but also significantly reduces the lubricant cost,which can effectively ensure the safe,efficient and economical drilling of the Shanghe Oilfield.
