At present,the way of mechanical oil extraction still occupies the leading position in our country.In the traditional sucker rod pumping well,it is necessary to assemble the wellhead sucker rod sealer in order to ensure the wellhead sealing.Sucker rods in the skewed state of the reciprocating movement will cause the sucker rod and the sealer of the mutual wear and tear,but also it is possible to cause the wellhead oil leakage.This is a long-term problem of oil production.Based on the investigation of the wellhead,the ABAQUS finite element simulation is used to analyze the correlation between the oil leakage and the skew of the sucker rod.Aiming at the practical requirement of timely and efficient detection of the partial grinding of the sucker rod,an overall design scheme of the eccentricity detection system based on the skew angle of the sucker rod and the deviation of the sucker rod from the wellhead center is proposed.The hardware part includes the inclination acquisition part,the image acquisition part,the single chip circuit part and communication circuit part.The inclination signal of the sucker rod is collected by the inclination sensor,the image sensor is used to collect the wellhead image signal.The eccentricity of the sucker rod deviation from the center of the wellhead can be calculated based on the digital image processing technology.Therefore,it is possible to be used to further research the warning of wellhead oil leakage.Also the dip angle data and the sucker rod well-bore eccentricity information can guide the site of the oil well.System software part is designed by the C language.According to the system design,the processing and assembly are carried out,and the sucker rod deflection detection principle machine is completed.After the simulation and debugging of the principle machine,the key parameters of the sucker rod partial grinding are collected and processed on the platform of the outdoor pumping unit,and the correctness of the technical route of the partial grinding method is proved.In this paper,the idea and method of detecting the partial grinding of sucker rod in the case of non-disassembling of sucker rod and wellhead sealing device are of great significance for the study of wellhead partial grinding.Although the current stage of research results can not be used for on-site practice,it provides an important reference for the next application of the oil field.
