In the field of industrial production of dust produced by the two major hazards,one is caused by the occupational hazards of pneumoconiosis,the explosion is the two.Dust explosion need to have three conditions:dust itself has explosive,dust concentration over a certain limit,encountered fire.There are 7 types of explosive dust,of which the metal powder produced by polishing,metal material processing,etc..Dust explosion accidents generally very serious consequences,its scope is usually the whole production line and even whole workshop,often causing major injuries and economic losses,dust explosion occurred in 2014 in Jiangsu,Kunshan Rong metal products Co.,which killed 97 people,injured 163 people is the best example.Research for floating metal dust polishing workplace detection protection was included in the 2016 national development plan,therefore,to carry out real-time monitoring of polished metal floating dust concentration in the workplace,to improve the dust concentration exceed the standard monitoring and early warning capabilities,has very important significance to prevent the occurrence of dust explosion accidents.At present,the research on the concentration measurement of floating metal dust at home and abroad is still blank.On the basis of in-depth comparative analysis of the dust concentration detection method mainly based on polishing work places,to carry out the charge induction principle of combustible metal floating dust concentration detection technology and sensor based on.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,according to the characteristics of metal dust,research and analysis of the metal dust electrification mechanism,and charged metal dust generated by zooplankton was verified through experiments,and provides a basis for the metal dust concentration detection with charge induction method.Secondly,in the analysis of DC coupling and AC coupling two charge induction method based on Gauss electrostatic field and charge induction theory and AC coupling technique based on the specific method of measuring the dust concentration of metal floating,design a new spiral ring detection electrode,in ensuring the spatial sensitivity without reducing conditions and overcomes the defect the traditional rod and ring detection electrode.Derived the spatial sensitivity of helical ring detection electrode,the electrode according to the spatial sensitivity,design for dust concentration sensor detecting electrode circle number,radius,thickness of the insulating layer and other specific parameters,provide a reference.Research on dust concentration sensor based on the principle of charge induction,analysis of the principle of metal dust concentration sensor,designed to charge high gain amplifier circuit,filter circuit,A/D sampling circuit,control circuit,discusses the sensor hardware and software anti-interference processing method.Finally,the measurement accuracy of dust concentration sensor is verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the measurement error is less than 10%,fully meet the design requirements;carried out the research of various factors impact on the environment,and present effective solutions.The research proves that the application of inductive charge detection based on dust concentration detection technology of AC coupling technology and spiral ring detecting electrode in floating metal dust concentration is feasible,dust concentration sensor measurement error is less than 10%of the compensation,and by taking measures,can effectively overcome the sensor humidity and wind speed influence.
