In modern society, industrialization and urbanization continue to push forward. In the steel mills?power plants?mines and other industrial sites, dust pollution has done harm to people's health seriously, and the high concentration of dust may cause serious security problems. After analyzing a variety of research techniques of detecting dust, this paper made up with a charge method to measure dust concentration. Combined with embedded technology and remote control technology, we developed a method to charge mechanism to detect dust concentration detector with remote control technology.1. Studying a variety of dust detection technology, analyzing the basic working principle, comparing the dust detection technology,this paper develop the way of charge mechanism to detect dust concentration, and think it as the basic way to produce dust detector.2. Studying the characteristic of dust charge, analyzing the principle of charged dust, we set up the model of charged dust. Based on a charge induction principle, we establish the dust detection model and design the basic way of dust detector.3. Analyzing the basic functional requirements of dust detector, we proposed to design a dust detector with adaptive function and remote control function. We design the basic functions of the dust detector to complete the overall design. We produce the overall design framework that the modular design principle is made to complete the hardware design, the state machine algorithm to complete the software design.4. We made a detailed analysis of the dust detector hardware and software design principles and design scheme. We introduce the hardware design from qualitative analysis, theoretical calculations, chip selection, operation mode and design hardware design of taking the ADuCM360 processor as the core. From the analysis of algorithms, program flow and other aspects, we introduce the software operation mechanism.5. Complete the dust detector signal debugging, functions commissioning and operation debugging of the machine. Analyze debugging problems and propose solutions.The project achieved the research and development of dust detector that is based on the principle of charge, with adaptive control and remote control. To solve the problem of dust pollution is of great significance in the modern society.
