Environmental Industry Development Index Measurement And Enterprise Efficiency Analysis

This study selects indicators from three aspects of economy,society and environment,to analyze the development index of environmental protection industry,and then extract the desired index for evaluation of enterprise environmental efficiency analysis from constructing index,to find out the main factors restricting the efficiency of enterprise environmental protection,hoping to provide reference for the development of China's environmental protection industry.This study is based on the definition,characteristics and attributes of environmental protection industry and the development situation of domestic and international environmental protection industry,the index system of environmental protection industry development index is constructed and analyzed,to extract required indicators for evaluation and analysis of the environmental efficiency of enterprises on the basis of analysis index.Based on the analysis of the environmental development index,the industrial development foundation,first level indicator of three of the industrial development environment and the industrial development capacity,two level indexes of nine and three level indexes of 26 were constructed.In the calculation of development index by AHP and Delphi method to determine the weight of one and two level index,using the development index method to synthesize the index,gets the final development index of the en?vironmental protection industry.In the evaluation of enterprise environmental efficiency,from the three aspects of labor,capital and technology,considering the construction of the environmental protection industry development index to extract the required indicators as input and output indicators,using DEA-VRS model,to evaluate the development level of enterprise environmental protection,finding out the input redundancy and output deficiency rate of DEA invalid Enterprises,analysis on input factor redundancy and output factor deficiency rate of these enterprises,finds out restricting the efficiency of enterprise environmental protection from two aspects of input and output.This study takes the data of 62 environmental protection listed companies of China in 2014 and 2015 as an example,calculates the environmental protection industry development index in 2014 and 2015,and evaluates and analyzes the environmental protection efficiency level of 62 enterprises.
