The Application Of Natural Plant Dyes In Underwear

The influence of the global green wave and the people to return to nature,advocating natural demand,quality requirements of textile and garment products is more and more high,the pursuit of a more comfortable,environmentally friendly,natural and healthy in experience,improve the additional function of textile and garment,garment products have diversified,functional and high-grade demand more and more strong.Therefore,natural vegetable dyes again into the people's vision.In this paper,with cotton knitted fabric underwear as raw material as the research object,using natural vegetable dyes mulberry,gardenia yellow,gardenia blue,catechu,pomegranate,madder,gallnut,indigo eight different color dyeing test of dyed fabrics apparent depth K/S value,color characteristics and color fastness.Screening out of the antibacterial efficacy of the vegetable dyes,the preparation of the antimicrobial activities of cotton knitted fabric,and the use of Marvelous Designer software design underwear.Through the research of this paper,we draw the following conclusions:The optimum dyeing process of mulberry,gardenia yellow,gardenia blue dye on cotton knitted fabric is the amount of dye 5%(o.w.f),temperature of 95?,pH value is 5,bath ratio is 1:20,dyeing time is 60min;The optimum dyeing process of catechu,pomegranate dyes is the amount of dye 5%(o.w.f),soda ash is 1g/L,temperature of 80 ?,bath ratio is 1:20,dyeing time is 60min;dyeing madder dye on cotton knitted fabric is the amount of dye 5%(o.w.f),temperature of 80 ?,pH value is 6,bath ratio is 1:20,dyeing time is 60min;The optimum dyeing process of Gallnut dyes is the amount of dye 5%(o.w.f),temperature of 60?,pH value is 5,bath ratio is 1:20,dyeing time is 90min;The optimum dyeing process of indigo dye is the amount of dye 5%(o.w.f),bath ratio is 1:20,dyeing time is 60min.Eight kinds of vegetable dyes on the dyeing fastness of color were above grade 3,which have good color fastness.The antimicrobial rate of the cotton knitted fabric dyed by mulberry,gardenia yellow,gardenia blue,catechu,pomegranate,madder are above 70%,which has a good antimicrobial effect.The antimicrobial activity was as follows:pomegranate,madder,catechu,gardenia blue,gardenia yellow,mulberry.Compound antibacterial rate reached more than 75%.With the design software of Marvelous Designer to carry outthe design of underwear,and design a variety of themes of underwear products.
