Research And Development Of Grass Dyed Silk Fabrics

Nowadays,people in the world are increasingly pursuing nature,green and environmental protection,and pursue more comfortable,environmental friendly,natural and healthy wearing experience.The quality requirements for textile and clothing are getting higher and higher,improve the additional function of textile and garment,garment products have diversified,functional and high-grade demand intense,therefore,natural vegetable dyes again into people's vision.In this paper,a natural protein fiber silk fabrics as the research object,analyzes the silk consumption market and development prospects,natural vegetable dyes selection of gardenia yellow,gardenia blue,madder,catechu,pomegranate,chestnut,myrobalan seven different colors of dyed fabric dyeing test,the apparent depth K/S value,color characteristics value and the color fastness,selected vegetable dyes has the function of anti UV,prepared with anti UV properties of functional silk fabric.Based on this research,we draw the following conclusions:the optimal gardenia yellow,gardenia blue,chestnut shell dye silk fabric dyeing process is:the amount of dye 5%o.w.f and a temperature of 90 DEG C,pH value of 3 pH,1.5h dyeing time and bath ratio 1:50;the optimal dyeing silk fabric dyeing:madder dyestuff 5%o.w.f,a temperature of 70 DEG C,pH value of 4 pH,2h dyeing time and bath ratio 1:50;the optimal dyeing silk fabric dyeing process for catechu dye dosage:5%o.w.f,temperature 50,pH value of 4 pH,1.5h dyeing time and bath ratio 1:50;the optimal pomegranate peel dye silk fabric dyeing process as the amount of dye 5%o.w.f and a temperature of 90 DEG C,pH value of 4 pH,1.5h dyeing time and bath ratio 1:50;the optimal dyeing silk fabric dyeing process for Terminalia:dye content 5%o.w.f,temperature 90,pH value of 6 pH,dyeing time 2H The bath is more than 1:50.The color fastness of seven kinds of dyestuff to dyed silk is above 3 grade,which has good color fastness.It is in line with the standard of textile color fastness and meets the requirement of fastness to clothing.Seven kinds of dyeing silk fabric from true vegetable dyes for anti UV performance test,found that the anti ultraviolet optimal madder,punicagranatum dye,anti ultraviolet,Terminalia catechu and chestnut shell dye,anti ultraviolet of gardenia yellow and blue dye is the worst.
