Conductive polymer material is a new type of material.After numerous scientific research workers from researchers in recent years,conductive polymer material has successfully developed in many fields,such as metal anti-corrosion,super capacitor,sensor,stealth materials,electrically induced discoloration,electroluminescent and self-healing.With a large number of serious consequence caused by metal corrosion at present,an effective method to metal corrosion is urgent.Based on the unique synthesis mechanism of polyaniline,the chemical synthesis method of polyaniline and the connection methods between metal and polyaniline,including polyaniline film,polyaniline electroless plating and polyaniline electroplating,were introduced in this article.304 stainless steel was chosen as the research object and the quality changing of metal under the same corrosion environment with three types of connections between metal and polyaniline were measured,respectively.The metal anode protection efficieincy can be as high as above 99.82%,87.61%,94.51%with the protection of polyaniline through calculation,respectively.Considerate the characteristics of three kinds connections in experiment,polyaniline electroplating was choosen as the optimun method for metal connected with polyaniline.Effect of electroplating polyaniline on iron,manganese,chrome,molybdenym four kinds pure metal and mixed metal of 304 stainless steel was explored in this text.In order to obtain the anticorrosive effect,the effects of electroplating time,electroplating current,medium acidic solution concentration,temperature and other conditions on the metal anticorrosive from polyaniline were explored.Concluded from experiment results,the effect of polyaniline for the five kinds of metal above were 89.51%,92.92%,94.59%,97.12%,96.35%,respectively.According to the requirements of acidification corrosion inhibitor technology in the enterprise application,the preservative efficiency level of electroplating polyaniline for the five kinds metal were second,second,first,first,first,respectively.The results showed that the changing of electroplating time,electroplating current,medium acid concentration and temperature have an effect to metal dissolution rate,but they can not change the metal antiseptic effect from polyaniline.Other words,the polyaniline still can reduce the corrosion rate of metals.In the process of electroplating polyaniline,the increase of the plating voltage,electroplating time was beneficial to produce better polyaniline anticorrosive effect,but considering the actual application,the choice of appropriate electroplating time and plating voltage was necessary.The experimental results show that polyaniline anticorrosive effect on metal had a good antiseptic effect and finding the right connection methods to connected it to the sheet metal will obtain a very good anticorrosive effect.
