SO2 is one of the main atmospheric pollutants,flue gas desulfurization technology is a very important and the most effective method to control emissions of SO2.Instead of the traditional scrubbing processes,essentially which is a absorption process for SO2,physical adsorption technology using absorbents to adsorbing SO2 has drawn great attention gradually,because the process has many advantages such as simple to operate,no additional pollutants and requires less energy.In this work,alcamine molecules were immobilized on GO sheet and used for SO2 absorption.The main work and conclusions are as follows:?1?Graphene oxide?GO?,an important ramification of graphene,which can provides a wide range of functionalities and reaction sites for chemical modification and more excellent physical properties than graphene.So,It it could be considered a good supporting material for immobilizing liquid organic amine and used as SO2 adsorbents.Alcamines are a kind of liquid organic amine has a wide application in gas absorption,due to its strong affinity for acidic gas.In this study,alcamines-immobilized GO?GO-MEA,GO-DEA,GO-TEA?were firstly prepared by ring-opening reaction of epoxy groups on GO with amine group on alcamines.And adsorption-desorption process of SO2 is discussed on the basis of experimental and spectroscopic analysis results.The modified GO showed a good SO2 adsorption ability,and GO-DEA showed the best adsorption capacity for SO2?188.5 mg/g?and maintain stable over five cycles of SO2 adsorption and desorption.?2?Alcamines modified-GO/PVDF membranes which possess the were studied for SO2 remove and absorption.The SO2 adsorption performance of GO/PVDF,GO-MEA/PVDF,GO-DEA/PVDF and GO-TEA/PVDF membranes were studied and then the SO2 absorption performance were also investigated using NaOH solution.The results showed that the SO2 adsorption capacity significantly increase after blending 1%of GO-MEA,GO-DEA and GO-TEA,respectively and the GO-DEA/PVDF membrane show the best SO2 adsorption capacity,the SO2 equilibrium absorption capacity is 7.68 mg/g.Meanwhile,the GO-DEA/PVDF membrane also show excellent desulfurization performance,the desulfurization rate of is 69%when the flow rate of the absorbing liquid is 30 L/h.
