In recent years,although the total amount of metal mine accidents is declining,there are still a large number of accidents caused by personnel,machinery and equipment,operating environment and geological environment.Based on the Doctoral Fund of Ministry of Education of the "underground difficult mining orebody mining technology research project" the reliability of the system,combined with the actual production of the Pulang copper deposit,This paper researches the reliability research of stope man machine environment for Pulang copper mine in initial mining stage(3720m)and deep middle connection(3540m)and provides a theoretical basis for safety mine production.The main contents include:(1)The people-machine-environment of stope was fuzzily researched in reliability by comprehensively use of fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process.First,the evaluation factor set was established.Then,each factor membership and factor weights were determined.Finally,the reliability index respectively was calculated by Markov model.(2)The rock mechanics parameters were obtained in the laboratory through collecting different kinds of rock.The parameters were substituted into Rocklab becoming the rock mass mechanics parameters.The parameters of strength reduction were input FLAC3D numerical model.Considering the rock mass mechanics parameters and the stope structure parameters as independent variables,the limit equation was built by means of multiple linear regressions.Due to computer conditions,the thousands of numerical simulation can't be conducted.Therefore,after designing orthogonal test and adopting Monte Carlo,the limit equation was tested by use Matlab to obtain reliability indexes.Based on the degree of reliability,the fuzzy reliability evaluation was conducted.(3)Through calculation and analysis,get the stope reliability of man machine environment was obtained.The data of comprehensive analysis can be regarded as the logical series repair system.The comprehensive reliability of people-machine-environment of the stope was evaluated by fuzzy language and reliability indexes.
