With the shortage of resources and the need to protect the environment,filling method is more and more widely used.Currently,in the process of filling the mining,the use of full tailings and classified tailings hydraulic filling occupy a large proportion,to deal with Tailings dumping,control of Empty area pressure and provide stope follow-up operating conditions,Shrinkage characteristics not only played a vital role in the filling quality,effect of stope filling and the filling material consumption,but also related to the filling body in the stadium's safety and stability.Therefore,it is necessary to study the characteristics of shrinkage and the influencing factors of tailings filling to guide the application of mining production.In this paper,based on the study of?Tangtan Copper Mine Filling and Sedimentation in Yunnan Province?,this paper takes the tailings material of Tangdan Copper Mine as the research object,and carried out the indoor shrinkage experiment of non-cemented and cemented tailings.And the relevant influencing factors were analyzed.Through the analysis of the experimental data and the shrinkage rate with the time variation model and the shrinkage calculation model,the Fluent numerical simulation analysis was carried out,and the industrial experiment was carried out.The main contents include the following points:(1)The sedimentation speed of the tailings was not slow,and the test slurry was relatively turbid in the first few hours,and the surface of the slurry was relatively flat and contained fine fine layer,Blocking the bleeding channel,almost no pores appear,bleeding is very muddy water,obviously contains a lot of fine particles.After 15 days,the slurry showed that there was still a small amount of bleed water.The sedimentation rate of the tail-filled mortar was higher than that of the non-cemented pulp.After 5 minutes,the interface of the slurry was gradually clear.After one hour,After settling the slurry contains meager fine grain layer,and accompanied by a large number of fine pores,through the pore bleeding.After settling and settling,the bleed water contains a small amount of fine particles,the liquid is clear,and the pulp interface will slowly solidify with time.Cementing slurry contraction a day after the discharge of bleeding,it will bring out more fine particles,but also in the slurry surface caused by a large number of small cracks.(2)The shrinkage rate of the first four days and the ninth day to the 15th day was recorded by considering the change of the concentration of the non-cemented and tailing slurry with mass concentration of 68%?75%.The shrinkage rate Gradually decreased,15 after a small amount of bleeding and shrinkage,the slurry surface is not solidified,through the design expert analysis of the concentration of slurry contraction characteristics of the relationship between the concentration of the shrinkage rate has a significant impact on the concentration and The regression equation is regressed to obtain the linear regression equation:Y?1 5096-1.745X,and the R2 value of the regression equation is 0.9763,which proves that the prediction model is very accurate.In order to analyze the effect of slurry on the shrinkage rate with time,the influence of time on the shrinkage rate was analyzed by Design expert.The prediction model.were obtained by regressing the mass of 68%?75%Change(3)The cement volume of 90?300Kg/m~3,the mass concentration range of 68%to 75%of a total of 37 groups of filler shrinkage test.The influence of the mass concentration on the sedimentation of the whole tailings was analyzed by the Design Expert software of the response curve method.The influence of the amount of cement and the concentration of the cement was significant.The mass concentration and the amount of cement added to the sinking were negatively correlated.The analysis of the scatter plot of the shrinkage rate and the mass concentration:the cement quantity can be approximated as the second order relation.Therefore,there is a quantitative relationship between the shrinkage rate and the mass concentration:Respectively,the shrinkage prediction model could gotten when the cement added 90?300Kg/m~3(4)According to the actual stope size of Tangdan copper mine,the three-dimensional stope model was established by using Gambit.According to the characteristics of slurry itself and the mixture model theory,the mass concentration of 68%?75%And the accuracy of the non-cementing shrinkage prediction model was verified by the experimental results.(5)The experimental results show that the concentration of cement is 68%and 70%and the dosage of cement is 120 kg/m~3 and 180 kg/m~3.The four experimental small stumps are used for industrial application test.This is due to the fact that the stope is not completely enclosed in the actual filling,which indicates that this paper has a certain predictability for the sedimentation prediction model of tailings cementation,which can provide theoretical support and application for mine production.The results of this paper have some guiding significance for the application of tailings filled with mines.
