| With the continuous development of the society,the mining area toward to efficient,non-waste and green development in the world,and then some new ideas,new methods and new technologies emerge in the mining field.This paper combines the concept of synchronous filling,the synchronization features of flow pattern,draw body,flowing law of ore-rock and isolation layer change rule in the process of under bottom structure truck directly out of the ore late filling synchronously level deep hole shrinkage was studied.PFC3D software and 3DMine software are used for numerical simulation of synchronous filling horizontal deep hole shrinkage method in the paper.Combining with the classical ore drawing theory,analysis of the bulk medium flow law in the process of ore drawing,and the effect of the flexible isolation layer in the process of synchronous filling is discussed.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The process of forming a draw body is divided into three stages,draw body is a complete ellipsoid in the primary stage,the export entities are interlaced with each other in the interim and mid-term stages,the top of draw body is the form of hills at the later stage.The data drawing from the height and release of the body shows that the discharge of the near column is greater than that of the other outflows,and the discharge of the exit near the inter column is much lower than that of the other exits.(2)For the front slice of the released body,the upper surface of each released body is wavy,so the particles at the crest position are first released,and the location of the trough is released later.The vertical Z axis cuts the release body and analyzes the slicing of the target pattern.The ore particles are released in sequence from the bull’s-eye to the target edge,and the shooting range of the bull’s-eye to the target edge particles increases in succession.(3)The original location in the room in the analysis of residual ore:The ore residual particles near the footwall are more than those near the upper wall,and the closer to the chamber top residual ore more;the four corners of the intersecting column and the upper and lower plates,ore residue is the most serious and increases from bottom to top.After the end of the ore drawing,the ore remains mainly in the ridge between the ore outlets,and dead zone position between draw hole and chamber wall.(4)During the synchronization process of large amount of ore drawing and filling,the morphological change of the isolation layer is divided into three stages:level stage,middle low and all around high stage and forming the release funnel stage,and no migration of isolation layer,it has a remarkable effect on separating ore and waste stone,filling and ore drawing are expected to be achieved.The filling body can effectively support the upper and lower wall rock and intervening pillar in the process of ore drawing,so as to reduce the phenomenon of wall rock falling and collapse in the late stage of large ore drawing in the traditional shrinkage method. |
